Forging strong relationships between brands and consumers, is what we exactly did when handling Nos Hawawshi.
Nos Hawawshi is an oriental hawawshi concept, started as a small store in Jan 2019 in Sheraton Heliopolis, Cairo. The business started as an idea of three friends who have had a passion or food and tried all the hawawshi restaurants in Cairo and decided to pursue their dream of opening their own unique restaurant. Nos Hawawshi was generating revenue for the first 3 months, however, the revenue started to decline, for 5 months now, due to the poor taste of the sandwiches.
That’s when Food Magic role started. Building on that knowledge, we used insights from our data to amend the operation system accordingly, improving the recipe, developing new menu, creating marketing strategies, hire suitable calibers, moving on to open another branch with a higher traffic range and measure success.
